LLinE Conference: Early Bird registration closing

The Early Bird registration for the LLinE conference is closing on Monday 17 November. Participants registering latest on Monday are eligible for a reduced conference fee, 390 euro. The fee covers the programme, accommodation and meals.

The conference theme is Lifelong Learning as a Right? European Perspectives.

Confirmed keynote speakers include Professor Peter Mayo from the University of Malta and Professor Ari Antikainen from the University of Joensuu, Finland.

The conference will be opened by the Finnish Minister of Education Sari Sarkomaa.

The rhetoric of many national governments and international organisations views lifelong learning as a right for everyone. But what is the reality of lifelong learning – is it a right that is fulfilled in Europe today?
