The survey is being conducted as part of the HELIOS project, co-funded by the European Commission. HELIOS is monitoring the development of e-Learning in Europe in relation to policy objectives and generating scenarios of e-Learning in future years. The specific subject of this survey is the relationship between e-learning and organisational change at work.
