FOURTH INTERNATIONAL LLinE CONFERENCE Creating Human Capital – Lifelong Learning for the Knowledge Society 26 – 28 SEPTEMBER 2001 IN HELSINKI The business world as well as the world of education and the third sector need to recognise the resources in people, their people, and look for good conditions for them to use their creativity. Ultimately the significance of people’s mental resources can be recognised in the learning society. A fruitful approach to human resources and lifelong learning requires knowledge of learning processes.
