Fees and Registration

Registration by December 15, 2007 at the latest

FEES

450 euro payment by December 14, 2007
100 euro Student price (program and meals, no accommodation)
150 euro Registration without accommodation
130 euro Participation fee per day, no accommodation
190 euro Accompanying person (only regular meals and accommodation in double room)

Registration fee includes sessions, refreshments, accommodation in double rooms, meals and evening receptions during the Conference. It also covers the subscription of the journal LLinE for the year 2008.
Please note that there are only limited number of single rooms available and they are given in order of reservation.

After registration, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. If the billing address is different from yours, make sure it is given in the form.

Payment is possible also by credit card. Contact the KVS office: kaisa.juvonen (at) kvs.fi. You are accepted as participant after the payment has been settled.

Registered Conference participants who cannot attend the Conference will receive refunding of the
Conference registration fees as follows:
Refunding of the whole fee, minus 30 Euro for administrative costs when the cancellation arrives before December 17, 2007, 50% of the Conference fee before January 2, 2008. After that date, no refunding will be possible. Registrations can be transferred or delegates changed even later by informing the Conference Secretariat.
