Evangelia Koutoupa-Rengakou: CV

Evangelia Koutoupa-Rengakou is Professor for Administrative Law at the Department of Law, University of Thessaloniki. She is Director of the Centre of International and European Economic law (CIEEL), comprising of the Public Procurement Monitoring Unit and of the State Aid Monitoring Unit. She is also Director of the Public Contracts and State Aid Law Review (ΔΗΣΚΕ) and a member of the Complaints Board of the European Schools in Brussels. She has drafted legal opinions for the private and the public sector (among others for the Olympic Games Organizing Committee) on matters related to public economic law and public contracts. She is a founding member and Board member of the European Centre of Public Law and a member of various other academic and professional societies. Her recent publications include Public Concurrence Law. An Introduction (ÄÇÓÊÅ, 2008), Education Law (with V. Skouris, 2008), Environmental Law (Thessalonica, 2008), An in depth Analysis of Public Law: Specific Issues of Administrative Law (Thessalonica, 2005), and The reformation of EU legislation on Public Contracts (ΔΗΣΚΕ, 2004).
