Dr. Peter Krug CV

Dr. Peter Krug has been involved in adult education since the 1980s. In 1992 he was appointed the Director of the Department of Continuing Education and Pedagogic Services in the Ministry of Education, Science and Continuing Education for the Rhineland-Pfalz. From 1995 he has been first the chair and then member of the Committee of Continuing Education of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany. Peter Krug was the coordinator of the BLK-program “Lifelong Learning”, and the Länder coordinator for “Lifelong Learning” in the EU Commission. Peter Krug is responsible for adult education in the Rhineland-Pfalz and the coordinator of the Adult Education Policy of the 16 states in Germany.
